The Twinky 3-in-1 Stroller is carefully packaged and delivered to your home as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information by email.
Free shipping on orders over €30.00. Ordered before 7:00 PM on business days? Delivered the next business day. Safely and securely packaged for damage-free delivery.
Returns
Not completely satisfied? No problem. You have 14 days to return your purchase, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
When returning a stroller, we ask you to include a short video clearly showing that the product is unused. This should include a clear view of the seat, frame, wheels, and all included components. We do this to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
Simply register your return via info@twinkystore.nl and attach the video directly to your return request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
