Regularly inspect the gate for wear on the mesh, fastenings, and the rolling mechanism. The Twinky Retractable Safety Gate complies with the European safety standard NEN-EN 1930:2011 and features a visible CE marking.

Free shipping on orders over €30.00. Ordered before 7:00 PM on weekdays? Delivered the next business day. Safely and securely packaged for damage-free delivery.
Returns
Not completely satisfied? No problem. You have 14 days to return your purchase, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
When returning a stair gate, we ask you to include a short video clearly showing that the product is completely unused. This should include a clear view of the gate, the roll-up mechanism, and all included mounting parts. Return requests without a video cannot be processed.
Register your return easily via info@twinkystore.nl and attach the video directly to your message. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
