The Twinky 3-in-1 Stroller is carefully packed and delivered to your home as quickly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace email.
Free shipping on orders over €30.00. Ordered before 7:00 PM on weekdays? Delivered the next business day. Safely and securely packed for damage-free delivery.
Returns
Not completely satisfied? No problem. You have 14 days to return your purchase, provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
When returning a stroller, we ask you to include a short video clearly showing that the product is unused. This should include clear views of the seat, frame, wheels, and all included parts. We do this to ensure safety and quality for all customers.
Register your return easily via info@twinkystore.nl and attach the video directly to your message. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
