Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes 1 business day in the Netherlands and Belgium, 3 to 5 business days worldwide. If you have not received your products, please feel free to contact us via our contact page.

You can return your product within 14 days of receiving the order . Make sure the products are not worn, washed or damaged.

The costs for return are for the customer.
