This privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit info@twinkystore.nl (the “Site”) or make a purchase there.
Personal information we collect

You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a confirmation to the email address we have on file confirming that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all the data to the email address we have on file, together with an overview of the processors that hold this data and an indication of the category under which we have stored it.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. In all likelihood, we will no longer be able to continue providing our services in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
- Right to object and other rights
Where applicable, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of www.twinkystore.nl. If you object, we will immediately stop processing the data pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will provide you with copies and/or reproductions of the data we process or have processed on our behalf, and then permanently stop processing it. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in a way that makes this right applicable. Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes

The Site is not intended for individuals under 12 years of age.
